Pina Colada
2 parts golden rum
1 teaspoon cream of coconut
Dash of cream
3 parts pineapple juice
1 orange slice Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over ice into a highball glass.
Margarita
1 part tequila
1 part triple Sec
1 part lime juice Frost the rim of a cocktail glass with salt. Shake all the ingredients together with cracked ice. Pour into glass.
Maiden's Prayer
2 parts gin
1 part cointreau
3 drops angostura bitters
5 ice cubes
Lemon Juice Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the bitters, lemon juice, Cointreau and gin over the ice. Shake and serve in a cocktail glass.
